WORD- How you end a race is also as important as how you start. Do you want the year to end thinking that you didn’t do enough, blaming yourself and thinking you would have done more or better. Do you want to victimise your self and do a lot of self blame or you choose to be grateful and believe that God has a purpose for very pain. Indeed the year has been a trying one but you reading this message at this moment is an evidence of God’s goodness. being alive is the greatest gift . Being counted among the living is a privilege. It could have been the other way round. WORD- Every vision needs people to pilot it. The fact that God put you in a position doesn't mean you are an Island. Know this that there are people for every vision. Ask God to lead you to your people. Even the Bible says the harvest is much and the labourers are few. That  big vision can't be run by just you. It is not wisdom to weary yourself with work. You must place people and their different capacity to function to advance the vision. That's how growth happens.

Because a leader led by by God doesn't stand by himself He/she is called servant of God for a reason. They are led and instructed by God. WORD- whatever is not in line with you dies out naturally. Sometimes we struggle to keep what God is pulling out of our lives. When after all your effort something still does a natural death out of your life, it is God telling you something. Not everyone or everything that starts with you or comes to life is meant to stay till the end. God who see's both secret and open knows how to pull out of your life things that are not in line with your life and with His plan for you. WORD- Every time is always right to do what is right in the sight of God. It is never too early to please God. He has blessed you thank him always. And ask yourself how you can advance the kingdom of God. God can't be blessing you much and you are doing little. How can you put God on hold just to do your own bidding. Be aware that the secret of continuity and more blessing is sowing in God's vineyard and putting him first. Remember that God knows all about you, you can pretend to your fellow human but not God.
