Pain is not something we desire, so when it hits us sometimes we tend to go off balance. So here is where mastering pain comes in, it is the ability to get up even after you have been hurt. The ability to see your life is beyond where you are or what you are going through,recognising that the point you're is not your end point but a stepping stone to experiencing something new in the next phase.
You have to know how to handle the pain process without getting lost in it. So you can move onto the next. Wallowing in a situation where you were/have been hurt and brutalised is not the solution,you got to move, step out and step forward so you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Pain has it's progressive step too but you have to learn to see beyond it, so you can move to the other side of fulfillment. Discovering a better you is in mastering your pain, and overcoming the struggles of pain to reach your point of growth. It is a point where you accept what has already been done but move above it regardless. The pain is most time embedded in the past so let go, let God and move forward.
