NUGGET : LIFTED HEART
BIBLE FOCUS- Obadiah 1:3-4: The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground? Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD
PRAYER: LORD I HUMBLE MYSELF BEFORE YOUR THRONE OF GRACE AND MERCY. FATHER REMOVE FROM ME EVERY SPIRIT OF PRIDE AND LIFTED HEART. FATHER SHOW ME MERCY, IN ANY WAY I HAVE TAKEN YOUR LOVE AND GRACE FOR GRANTED. FATHER BRING ME TO YOURSELF. FATHER NOTHING YOU HAVE GIVEN SHALL BECOME A god IN MY LIFE. YOU ONLY LORD SHALL I WORSHIP AND SERVE, WITH HUMILITY AND LIFTED HANDS OF TOTAL SURRENDER IN JESUS NAME AMEN.
WORD - Allow God to lift you. When a person places his/herself where God has not places them, disgrace is always the end. Don't push success against God's timing. Humility shows a need for God. Let God see a yearning for Daily Dose of him in you. Living independent of God is pride of the heart. Don't let position, power or fame take God's place in your life. Don't get distracted ,stay focused on God and be sure that you are dependent on him to live the life he has given you. Don't let pride speak through your actions, words or utterances. By strength shall no man prevail.
TODAY'S TIP: THE DEPENDENCY OF A MAN ON GOD IS THE GREATEST STRENGTH.
