BIBLE FOCUS- 1 Peter 3:1-3 KJV
[1] Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; [2] While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. [3] Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;
PRAYER- FATHER HELP ME TO SHOW YOU IN ALL I DO. FATHER HELP TO BE SPIRITUALLY ADORNED. FATHER LET YOUR FIRE BURN ME FROM WITHIN. FATHER HELP ME TO BE OBEDIENT TO YOU AS THE HEAD OF THE CHURCH. I PUT ON THE ARMOUR OF CHRIST AND BREAST PLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. I SHALL NOT LOOSE MY SPIRITUAL VALUE FOR EARTHLY PLEASURE IN JESUS NAME,AMEN!
WORD- Character and conversation are tools for winning a soul. A person can be won by just looking at how you do things. Your character can shape another’s mind. This passage was referring to unbelieving husband and a believing wife. But this can also be applicable in our day to day living. Trying to love people with material
things are not the same as letting our actions and character speak and reflect Christ. Character is something is something people will always look out for and refer to. If your conversation lacks Jesus in it then you have to check what kind of conversation you have been having.
