BIBLE FOCUS- Joshua 22:16-19 KJVThus saith the whole congregation of the Lord, What trespass is this that ye have committed against the God of Israel, to turn away this day from following the Lord, in that ye have builded you an altar, that ye might rebel this day against the Lord ? [17] Is the iniquity of Peor too little for us, from which we are not cleansed until this day, although there was a plague in the congregation of the Lord, [18] But that ye must turn away this day from following the Lord ? and it will be, seeing ye rebel to day against the Lord, that to morrow he will be wroth with the whole congregation of Israel. [19] Notwithstanding, if the land of your possession be unclean, then pass ye over unto the land of the possession of the Lord, wherein the Lord's tabernacle dwelleth, and take possession among us: but rebel not against the Lord, nor rebel against us, in building you an altar beside the altar of the Lord our God.
PRAYER-FATHER DELIVER ME FROM SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS. DISCONNECT ME FROM PERVERTED WAYS. RESCUE ME FROM THE GRIP OF DARKNESS. FATHER GIVE ME STABILITY AND HELP TO STAY IN TRUTH AND FIRE FOR GOD. I REBUKE THE SPIRIT OF REBELLION AND I WALK IN THE FEAR OF GOD. NOTHING WILL DIM MY LIGHT. I POSSESS MY GOOD POSSESSIONS IN JESUS NAME, AMEN !
WORD-When God blesses you don’t get carried away with the blessing and always be conscious of how your actions can affect others. I love the part where it says that is the sin of Peor too little for us of which we haven’t been cleansed until this day. There are certain consequences that you can’t recover from hence why you must avoid certain things. Some people are on part time relationship with God they feel they can use God , the truth is no one can use God . You must have a constant and committed relationship with God. Don’t bring pollution to yourself by mixing God’s way and perverted ways. Don’t be a lukewarm Christain mixing things up . Stay with God, if you needed God to have it , you need him to keep it.
