BIBLE FOCUS- Luke 1:59-64 KJVAnd it came to pass, that on the eighth day they came to circumcise the child; and they called him Zacharias, after the name of his father. [60] And his mother answered and said, Not so ; but he shall be called John. [61] And they said unto her, There is none of thy kindred that is called by this name. [62] And they made signs to his father, how he would have him called. [63] And he asked for a writing table, and wrote, saying, His name is John. And they marvelled all. [64] And his mouth was opened immediately, and his tongue loosed, and he spake, and praised God.

PRAYER- FATHER HELP ME TO FOLLOW YOUR WORD COMPLETELY. FATHER I SUBMIT MY WILL TO YOUR AUTHORITY. YOUR WILL OVER MINE LORD. I WILL NOT BE DISTRACTED BY THE NOISE OF THIS WORD.I FOLLOW THE PATTERN OF JESUS ABD I TRUST ABD OBEY HIS WILL IN JESUS NAME, AMEN!

WORD-God over tradition! It may not have been like that in your lineage but follow God and obey him. Obeying God brings forth for more testimonies . Imagine if they called him another name , his father would never have spoken. The pattern of every true believer is to follow Christ. Anything outside Chrust is a negative pattern. You must choose God’s way. You must understand that you are first God’s own and your life is entirely His. You must understand that your place in life is where you stand with God. Obedience to God against patterns and tradition is a fundamental foundation for every true believer.
