BIBLE FOCUS- 2 Peter 1:4-9 KJVWhereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. [5] And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; [6] And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; [7] And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. [8] For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. [9] But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

PRAYER : FATHER BUILD ME UP. PUT IN ME GODLY CHARACTERS. FATHER NUTURE ME ABD HELP ME TO GROW. TEACH ME YOUR WAYS O LORD. FATHER OPEN MY EYES TO THE DEPTH OF THE REVELATION OF YOU. I REFUSE TO BE SPIRITUALLY BLIND. I GROW CONTINUALLY IN THE THINGS OF GOD. I REFUSE TO BE ATTACHED TO MY OLD WAYS IN JESUS NAME, AMEN !

WORD- When you lack the essential ingredient of child of God the Bible calls you blind. Having escaped corruption, you need all the essential things listed in the text to maintain a godly lifestyle . The Bible says if you don’t have these things , you are blind and can’t see far . Without the above listed spiritual virtue, you will be limiting yourself. You can not say you are a Christian without having the true nature of Christ.withiut these Christain characteristics you will be limiting yourself.Character will take you far in life but Godly Character will take you farther. Spiritual blindness is accepting Jesus but not following his way.

TODAY’S WORD- SPIRITUAL GROWTH IS KNOWING THAT CHRISTIANITY DOESN’T STOP AT ACCEPTING JESUS ALONE BUT BUILDING GODLY CHARACTER!

PRAYER : I RECEIVE GRACE TO YEARN FOR THE WORD. HOLYSPIRIT FILL ME WITH THE WORD. FATHER LET YOUR WORD GUIDE AND DIRECT MY STEPS.LORD I STAY YIELDED TO THE PRECEPTS OF YOUR WORD. FATHER LET YOUR WORD VONTINUE TO GUIDE ME AND BE A LIGHT IN MY PATH. FATHER ENGRAVE MY HEART WITH YOUR WORD IN JESUS NAME, AMEN !

WORD-You must desire the word. In keeping it is the reward. The reward of serving God is in the obedience of the word. The word made life and the word is life. There is so much that the word can do to your innerman . The word rejoices the heart and Enlightens the eyes , it is the light we need for each season. You must hunger and desire the word. The word of God is clear and instructive. You can not miss it in life, when you follow the word. The Bible says in keeping the word , which is obedience there is great reward! Do not neglect the word child of God. The psalmist said thy word instruct me in the night season. The word is light! You must let the word lead you . What is a believer without the word, it’s the word that teaches all you need to know. 

TODAY’S WORD- THE WORD IS THE LIGHT OF OUR LIFE. FEED YOURSELF CONTINUALLY WITH THE WORD !

PRAYER : FATHER SHOW ME MERCY. I WILL NOT BE DISTRACTED BY SELF PLEASURE. I STAY FOCUSED ON THE THINGS OF GOD. I WILL NOT WALK IN THE WAYS OF THE WORLD. I WALK IN TRUTH AND UPRIGHTNESS. I WILL MIT BE DISTRACTED BY MY OWN HEART LUST. I LOOK TO JESUS DAILY AS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF MY FAITH. HELP ME LORD TO WALK IN YOUR WAY ABD TO ALIGN WITH YOUR WILL IN JESUS NAME, AMEN !

WORD- When God lifts you don’t forget Him , the reason you are where you are is because of God. Whatever you got by God should be preserved by God. The blessing of God makes rich and adds no sorrow. God didn’t bless you for you to sin with what he has blessed you with. Understand that there are consequences for deviating from the way of God. Do not use your hand to bring curse upon yourself. There is a reason God placed you where you are and gave you the blessings that he he gave you. Do not take the blessings of God for granted. Disobedience against God and using what he has blessed you with will attract his wrath !

WORD- What we call delay is God building us and maturing us for our blessings. Don’t let unbelieve sit with you, you will be delaying yourself of the manifold blessings that God has for you. God is not a weakly , he isn’t an incapable God, you got to trust that he can. God is not slack. God is a patient Gif therefore he also build our patience . Faith and patience the Bible said are required to attain the heights and receive what God has for us. God will not dissapont you, let your faith stand tall. God is not punishing you he is preparing you and everything that he said concerning you will come to pass !
