BIBLE FOCUS- 2 Samuel 14:23-24,28-30 KJVSo Joab arose and went to Geshur, and brought Absalom to Jerusalem. [24] And the king said, Let him turn to his own house, and let him not see my face. So Absalom returned to his own house, and saw not the king's face. [28] So Absalom dwelt two full years in Jerusalem, and saw not the king's face. [29] Therefore Absalom sent for Joab, to have sent him to the king; but he would not come to him: and when he sent again the second time, he would not come. [30] Therefore he said unto his servants, See, Joab's field is near mine, and he hath barley there; go and set it on fire. And Absalom's servants set the field on fire.
PRAYER - FATHER GIVE ME THE HEART OF KINDNESS. GIVE ME A HEART LIKE YOURS LORD. FATHER HELP ME TO SHOW LOVE AND NOT BE A RESOUNDING BRASS. MY KINDNESS WILL NOT CAUSE ME PAIN. I AM BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING. I AM BLESSING NATIONS AND CHANGING ATMOSPHERE FOR CHRIST. MY FOCUS IS GOD IN JESUS NAME I HAVE DECLARED, AMEN !
WORD-Your kindness doesn’t mean that you will be repaid with good. It is God that rewards kindness. If you focus on the fact that your reward comes from God , you will be less hurt by people. When you are showing kindness , do it as unto the Lord. Let your focus not be man but God. I hear people say I will never show any man kindness just because someone else did something wrong to them. Kindness is not about give and take, if the only time you render kindness is when you have something to gain or with people you know then you are not truly kind. Sometimes the people we show kindness to might be the ones who have brutally hurt us or who will end up hurting us. Whatever you do to the least of your brethren that you do unto God. In all let your focus be God!
