BIBLE FOCUS- Psalm 15:1-5 KJVLord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? [2] He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. [3] He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. [4] In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. [5] He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
PRAYER-FATHER HELP ME TO WALK WITH YOU IN TRUTH AND IN SPIRIT. FATHER KEEP ME IN ALIGNMENT WITH YOU. HELP ME TO STAY IN YOUR WILL LORD AND DO AS YOU PLEASE. I WILL NOT WALK IN STRANGE WAYS OR FOLLOW EVIL. LORD I PLEDGE MY ALLEGIANCE TO GOD. I DROP EVERY EVIL WEIGHT. I SURRENDER MY ALL TO JESUS IN JESUS NAME, AMEN !
WORD- Our text today simply shows you can not be a follower of Christ and deep your hands into dirty things (ungodly). There are certain things you can not involve yourself with as a child of God. You can not serve two masters at a time , it is either you love one and hate the other. The Bible said shall we continue in sin so that grace will abound, the Bible said God forbid. Who shall abide in the tabernacle??? You can’t be following God dragging ungodly baggage, you need to travel light. Following God and abiding in him is letting all go and staying focused on him.
TODAY’S WORD- FOLLOW GOD WHOLE HEARTEDLY !
