DETERMINED OR DESPERATE

When something is intentionally done it's called determination but when it is done under pressure undermining the place of God and his approval to it, then it is called desperate. Desperation may get you your desired result but through the wrong route, and lots of damage done. You make good impact regardless of circumstances surrounding when you're determined.
Determination put's you in the place of certainty but desperation puts you in a confused state. This year be determined with full confidence that God is able and you will stand by him as much as he has stood by you and still does because God never leaves, we are the ones that get impatient with God.
Determination is deterring the limits of your mind and cling to the possibility of God. Move with determination, with God at the center of it all. A determined heart has a focus but a desperate heart says anything goes. When you know God as your source, your focus will be on him. Be determined in Christ not desperate outside him. Because when you seek for anything outside God's timing and what he can give you that is a desperate heart. You have a choice to either stand with God or do it your way, but know this that one with God is majority above the many allies, companies/accomplices you may think to have.

SET THE STANDARD AND LIVE THE DREAM

Living your life on chance, is a risk and a potential dream terminator. There will always be a tendency to get distracted, because if the devil can't convince you not to dream and from dreaming big, he looks for a way to distract you from it.
It is important to set the standard and know what you want for yourself, your life will be lived being tossed around. Live your life intentionally.  You need no human approval to live that dream. The quality of how you live out your dream reflects in your day to day life. Your background doesn't/shouldn't determine the level  of standard set or the quality of life envisioned. Set the standards bearing in mind that the plan of God for you are limitless. Break pass the status quo, keep raising the bar. Set the standards, be a goal getter. Be unapologetic about the standard of life you want to live. Not everyone will agree with you about it  but know that the ones who are for you and God has assigned to you will definitely come by strong supporting you every step of the way. Let people be the ones to adjust to your standards. It's ok to be different in a good way. Keep dreaming big and living it big!

BE MOVED WITH COMPASSION

There is a difference between pity and compassion. When you pity, it most times doesn't move you to help, you could be burdened, sorrowful and the next minute you're over it. But when you are moved with compassion there is a compelling urge within you without an external force to lend a helping hand. You see it as a duty to be an help meet even without being asked . The Bible says be compassionate one to another. Don't just pity and talk about it be moved with compassion. Someone need's a soothing for that pain.
With a compassionate heart you come with passion to be of help and a blessing. A compassionate heart will choose love over hate. Being compassionate is a Christ-like nature that should flow through you seeing a fellow human in a tough state and discomfort. You're moved to be an help meet, not to brag or show off but from a heart of love. Compassionate Compassionately looks beyond the age, class, status, position, titles, race and even differences.
When you talk about it and make it a topic for discussion that is negating the Christlike nature/principle. You should see a need to raise your voice in your secret place not just for yourself but others. Your compassion towards others is a positive attraction to draw souls closer to God. It is manifesting the Christlike nature. Let others see Jesus in you ,so they can know Jesus through you that is the ultimate goal of a compassionate heart. Christ is the center of a compassionate heart. It is selfless. Don't just pity, shaking your head and saying it is well when God has made you a tool to restore hope.

START ACTUALIZING IT

When God gives you an idea,vision, concept it is because he has a purpose he wants you to fulfill by actualizing it. Most times at a specific time and also to bless lives because what God gives is beyond selfish reason and desire. Which always/most time involves a period/time quality for it. It is very important that you make that move when God is telling you to.When you feel that drive in your spirit pay attention to it. It is certain someone somewhere needs what you have at that time,it is possible that's a solution for a nation, with God it is evident that the life of future generation will be transformed by it. Don't be so focused on material things that you're unable to see the greater worth of ideas in you. What is needed becomes the new whether it's been heard or used when God is the one giving you direction. So go ahead and be that solution before it becomes outdated. God gave you that idea/vision/concept for a particular reason at a particular season. When you say yes Lord,  back it up with action. Strictly and promptly obeying the voice of God, keeps you up to date beyond the dates, but you must be ready to go as he leads.
Someone need's your voice, that word, that idea, concept and God is saying spread it out so I can fill you with more. Empty yourself so that there can be a fresh infilling. Being too mechanical or organised in the natural sense can deprive you of spiritual sensitivity. Follow the rhythm of the spirit. The ultimate permission lies in the hands of the Almighty God. Start taking those steps and make up your mind to do better.

YOUR ROCK YOUR STAND

There is a favourite song that is sang by most of us, which says "On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand"... But in sincerity their stand have shifted and now sinking with with the sand because anything outside Christ and doesn't have Christ as the focus is the sinking sand.
When you declare Christ as your stand, it means you believe in Him, you stay focused on him and you are confident in His power that is able to save you through every phase. The moment you begin to think that your money, influence, fame can get you through without God in it, it is am evidence that your believe has shifted, your focus changed and your stand on a sandy ground. This sandy ground has brought such people into confusion, uncertainty and for some reason no matter what they have they deem unsatisfied. The question here is, is Christ still your rock? Do you still diligently seek Him?  Is he still your first love or have gotten so familiar with him that you feel you can do anything at your will. Ate you still burning for him. You know those things you have and see as your god/stand can rock you on for a while but know this they will not keep you standing eternally. Christ is the only solid rock, when other ground sinks he keeps you standing.
There may be bumps along the way, it may get narrow as you go in the way of Christ, friends may even leave you but so far Christ is your rock, you're not alone. Be sure to get through victoriously. Won't you rather take your stand in the rock that is eternal, secure and sure than the things that are temporary and sinking. Check your stand today is it on Christ the solid rock or the rock of the sandy world. It is a costly risk to think that you can substitute the resource for the source. If you are not stand on solid rock (Christ)  you are not standing at all. It's time to take a stand!

CALLED TO RAISE

As children of God, we are armies called to raise others . "Arise shine for the light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon  you"(Isaiah 60:1). Our voices are tools that should never be silent. Our voices are to lift up the name of the Lord in every place and to every people. You have been called out of darkness into His marvellous light. As we raise the banner of Christ, the light shines and there is a rising. You can't be a light to the gentiles and stay in same radar with them. There is a purpose why you have been called out.
Understanding your primary kingdom responsibility to lead others to Christ and live for His glory is very important. You've been called out stop trying to blend in. Isaiah 2:2  says "It shall happen in the last day that the house of the Lord shall be established and shall be exalted above the hills and nations shall flow to it". Reading further to verse 3 you will see that there is an assignment God wants you to fulfill,those that we're privilege to know God led others to Him. The house of the Lord is not just the building it is you and I, that have been called. It says nations shall flow into the mountain, you have been established spiritually and set as a city upon a hill. There is a reason why God made you a light and gown you with His glory, the question is what are you doing to add to the kingdom?  There is a kingdom purpose for your life. Your rising is to raise others. Your life is not ordinary. God took you from the crowd strategically so you can become a godly influence. The center of attraction is not you, it is God. Don't go back to where God took you from, rather keep rising as you raise souls for the kingdom of God.

PRESSING ONWARD

Yes the year is rounding up but hey!  Your life hasn't come to an end. I know you had it rough and tough, with so many things in view, plans, project and much more that you couldn't even start,talk more of finish. My dear friend, God hasn't concluded on you why conclude on yourself. The reign of your heavenly father hasn't ended and will never end. He is with you in this.
You should be pressing onward. Why not start from now and see how you can make the coming year better, putting God first than you ever did. Maybe check your motive for desiring that next level, will it add to kingdom, does it align with God. This word is for someone who is about going into some kind of depression, the Joy of the Lord is your strength. Begin to see God in the picture as he alters your perception and your reality to see things His way.
It may not have come at the time you desired it but it will come at the time you need it best, that is God's time. It is not a time to sit pitifully but to press onward. Look at the drawing board of your life, which is the promise God has given you and release your faith to it,as you meditate on what you desire to see and not what you see. Press onward and move from the norm, be thankful for those things even though you haven't gotten them physically. The best are stored in the things you are yet to see. Press onward, God has something in store for you that needs no one's permission to bring it to pass. There are far more greater things in view. Press onward and step higher.

There will always be that point in ones life where it seems like you hit a rock and you scarcely find the strength to go on. A point where you can hardly take a step for yourself, weighed down with a certain feeling of can I still make it. What you need to reach for is the inner strength,that one thing that beckons hope.

The source of your inner strength is God. He has put His spirit within you, He is the fountain of refreshing spring you can always draw from. At those times when it seems hard to do anything let your spirit connect to God, draw from the depth of His overflowing joy that gives strength. The true strength of a person is within, not on the outward things but the depth of the fountain. God has placed within everyone of us a rare substance. You must not loose touch of your innerself . You must constantly look within you reminding yourself of who you are and what you carry. No passing through is bigger than what you carry on the inside.

We often feel that, the only time we should be thankful is when something significant happens in our lives and most time this significance is attributed to material things. But here is the interesting thing everyday renewed in mercy ,hope,grace and love deserve more thanks. When some other persons singular request is if only I could see the end of this year, and here you are having that privilege with good health. That alone is a hundred and one reasons to be thankful.
Being thankful to God should be a lifestyle with nothing conditioned to it. Appreciation changes your perception and lifts your spirit. The devil uses the trick of ungrateful spirit to drag people in the swarm of sorrow. A thankful heart doesn't have a reason to drown in self pity because for every other reason life shows you to be ungrateful you have many more reason to be thankful.
You can't be thankful and stay down,there will always be a stir and an overflowing joy that causes you to rise as you think upon all God has done for you and even those he is yet to do because God is faithful. Releasing yourself to thankfulness unveils the truth of God's faithfulness. Think back on those times you thought you will never make it but hey you did and you're still standing. Until you've been invaded with the spirit of thanks you may not understand the value for your living. When you appreciate God ,everything around you appreciates. Don't be fixed on ungratefulness, shift your focus on thankfulness. Anything and everything you have is grace sponsored paid with a precious price. Your life is not ordinary,be thankful !

In the midst of the boisterous storm and the sound of the deepest waves. There is one whose voice is thunderous yet calms the raging storm. The waves and the billows bow to Him. Despite the furnace, I refuse to give up. I refuse to give in too discouragement, in life's furnace I stand tall. In life's furnace I dare to dream. I dare to confess the faithfulness of God because i know that life's furnace is not my enemy but a friend. A fiend in the school of life and a process I must go through. I will not give in the wickedness of brothers or the envy of acquaintance. Despite been thrown into the well I will not give in.
Even in the face of accusation I will still hold on to my integrity knowing that there is always a crown ahead, which I will receive if I remain steadfast in the furnace of life's affliction.
As I walk through this fire instead of complaining, I choose to learn the lesson, master the instructions so that I can be of help to others tomorrow. After everything I am certain that as I graduate from the school of life's furnace, I will come forth as good and a mastery of life's difficult paths.

DEFINING THE MEANS

There is a passion driven by the world's most tempting distraction. Dedicating your time to the things that only matter for selfish goal. But have you stopped to think of the end, for the means you seek. This drive matters for a temporary means but it isn't your true goal.
Success is not about jumping processes but a process appreciated. In the world where the definition of success has been corrupted. Where the only thing that defines success is material things, people seem to go extra mile just to blend with worlds definition of a successful living. When God's definition of success is walking in the path of purpose and fulfilling destiny, which should be the drive for your pursuit. Not every open door has God's permission for you to walk into it. Some are traps to get you off the main focus.
You must define the means ,bearing in mind that anything that is sourced outside God will pollute your life taking you outside the plan of God.
Daily examine yourself, questioning your actions so you are not carried away by the world's distraction. How do you define your life goals, if not centered on the agenda of God. Check the drive of your pursuit, questioning your innermost thoughts so you don't hit a rock. Your life is not anything goes, be intentional about it because God is intentional about you. If it's not drawing you closer to God then it is moving you farther from Him. Check it!

"GOD KNOWS I HAVE TRIED"

It is very important to involve God and put Him first in what you do, but this statement "God knows I have tried" is often made with a different intention. It is voiced out to justify the need not to keep at what you do or to relent at your best. The fact that God see's your effort and His aware of what you do shouldn't put a stop to more that you can do and become. If you didn't have the capacity of such it wouldn't come your way. Words are powerful and the moment they are spoken they receive life to become. Avoid every statement that tends to put you on stand still, encouraging your body to quit and signaling a dormant mood.
God desires that you live the life he gave to the fullest. He gave you the life, so your strength depends on Him. Your life is about Him than about any selfish or personal reason you think are reasons for your existence. Results are what justifies your effort. God wants you to be, never stop trying till your efforts produces results. You can be anything by the grace of God.

The pain focus transcends the heart of hearts where the sense of belonging is almost lost in the thoughts of a different world. The focus is not the pain but the future where the essence of what your life will become brings a new dawn. Every pain brings a push that moves you further from the point you once belong. You aren't magnetized backward because every stride of your bones seeks for a solution to break out of the norm and be free from the pain. That point where you have to look up to the one who your help depends on and comes from. Then you know that it was never about the pain but a path  in the discovery of purpose. OVERWHELMED

Every first meet, greet, contact, encounter always comes with a certain excitement that doesn't necessarily determine the outcome of things. Everyone or almost everyone wants to be at their best at the very first meet but don't be overwhelmed. Maybe a few weeks, months, or years will test the integrity. Time will take the best test. Don't black out your instinct most of all don't silence the voice of the spirit of God speaking to pay attention, let God lead you.
Everything works/looks perfect at the first instance but watch it! So you aren't drowned by the wrong influence. Before you get drowned, carried away or overly trust get on your knees and ask God for the true identity of such person, for direction for such relationship. There are a lot of veiled faces coming with the nicest of everything but be careful so the affect doesn't become a defect.
Never base your verdict of trust on assumptions. The Holy Spirit isn't just for the altar or Pastors, the Holy Spirit is for everyone who hunger and desire for Him, inviting Him to take over all. You need the Holy Spirit of truth to discern every person that comes into your life. Readily defining the purpose of relationships also helps you stay in course. So when next there is a first meet or possibly you are still in the early stage of a first meet, take it one step at a time, ask the Holy Spirit for help and guidance, following His lead.

HIS SHOES ARE BIGGER

We bring ourselves into unnecessary worries each time we think we can fit into God's shoes, by trying to help Him do what only Him can do. You can't help God, you can only submit to Him, for Him to lead you. Don't try to calculate things in your mind and you end up with the how and why questions, then say you are following God's plan. Unconsciously most people try so hard without results because they want to do for God what they have not done for themselves.
Impatience on God's timing is the major factor that gets people to step into God's shoes, they feel He is delaying but forgetting that God can never make mistake. When God drops a thought, idea, plan, gives you a vision and you have a dream that physically speaking it is bigger than you. What you need is to depend on the one who has given you the mandate and that is God. You need the supernatural hand of God to make it work.
You will realise that each time you try to create thoughts of how it will work out, it almost doesn't make sense. Trying to fit in His shoes is a sign of His faithlessness. Don't neglect the place of the Holy Spirit  in your life ask Him to help you. You need God's guidance to walk in fulfillment. When you submit to God He gives you access into the divine pattern He has mapped out for you. You can't be who God wants you to be without letting Him take the lead. In Him you live, move and have your being means your life is originated in Him, everything you desire only Him can give and you can't become anything without Him. Don't try to fit into God's shoes, just ask Him to hold your hands and let Him lead you.

When you are dressed in royalty, you speak, act, relate and do things a different way that complements and more value to how you look. You wouldn't want to be stained nor want a dent. The dressing is just a physical side of royalty but the royalty nature is who you are. Because there are qualities that comes with royalty, it is beyond just the dressing it but being it.
The Bible says we are a royal priesthood means you have a spiritual dressing of royalty that makes you like Christ. And it comes from inside out, a reflection of from your inside. You will realize that not everyone dressed in royalty lives or behaves like it. But you are called royal by God, to live holy unto Him. How are you exhibiting that lifestyle. Does your life exemplify it. Is Christianity just a dress code for you. Your royal apparel is the spiritual dressing of Christlike qualities. It is revealing Jesus in you, affirmed by God's word. It doesn't permit stain(anything that doesn't glorify God). You're a royal priesthood, live it!

THE FATHERS LOVE

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.(John 15:13). We wake up each day to talk about and desire other kind of love, but have you ever sat, thought about, appreciate and let heart be filled, fully ignited by the fathers love. We didn't first love Him, He first loved us and He still does. You must make this love your foundation for loving.
The Father's love is so strong that Jesus gave His life so we can have an eternal reign with Him. The Father's Love is a gift. The more we come to the knowing of the Father, the more His love is revealed in us. The Father's love is priceless cos it can't be repaid.
Are you longing,do you seek a love that satisfies. It is the Father's Love. Our Abba(Source and Sustained),it is divine. Filling the temple of our hearts with the right feel.
Why it feels like something is lacking in you is because you haven't given/released yourself to experiencing the encounter of the Fathers love. You will always fill empty and vain until you give yourself to experiencing and letting the Father's love flow through you. The Father's Love helps you appreciate who you are and what you were created for. For things to begin to appreciate in your life the fathers love have to be on the increase flow as you let Him in. The Father's love the foundation of Love, value, appreciation, selflessness and sacrifice. It teaches the true in depth for Love. Let your life be the definition of the Father's(God) love. You can love right without an experience of Abba's love.
