But now are they many members, yet but one body.
PRAYER : FATHER CREATE THE BOND OF UNITY AMONG YOUR PEOPLE. LET THE POLLUTION OF DISUNITY BE REVERSED. HELP THE CHURCH NOT TO COMPETE AGAINST HERSELF BUT TO STAND STRONG IN LOVE. FATHER THE CHURCH OF GOD SHALL PREVAIL. FATHER GIVE US GRACE TO CONTINUE TO LIFT UP THE BANNER OF JESUS IN UNITY OVER THE WORLD AS THE BODY OF CHRIST IN JESUS NAME, AMEN!
WORD- We are different members of one body, no matter your denomination, spiritual gifts heirachy, so long as you believe Jesus Christ is the son of God and He died and resurrected we are all of one body. The purpose of divers gift(members) and spiritual giftings of operation of different churches is so that the word of God may be brought to all men and the needs of men be met in Christ. Every church giftings has its edification to the glory of God. Your kind of gift or position in spiritual heirachy should not stop you from relating with others of like faith and even drawing others to Christ. Stop the discrimination and competition of spiritual gifts. Let it be known that we are made to edify in different ways but we are of one body, subject to the Father to the glory of God. Stop developing hatred, strive and envy for people. God is using in their own giftings. It is all for the edification of the church and glory of God. The fact that the job is broken into different half's doesn't change the goal/purpose. The different members are so the gospel can reach all and there is non lacking
TODAY'S TIP: CHRIST IS NOT DIVIDED, THEREFORE THE BODY OF CHRIST SHOULD NEVER BE DIVIDED.
