BIBLE FOCUS -Hosea 7:7-9 KJV
They are all hot as an oven, and have devoured their judges; all their kings are fallen: there is none among them that calleth unto me. Ephraim, he hath mixed himself among the people; Ephraim is a cake not turned.Strangers have devoured his strength, and he knoweth it not: yea, gray hairs are here and there upon him, yet he knoweth not.
PRAYER : FATHER SEARCH MY HEART AND MY DIRECT WAYS. MAY I NOT PASIONATELY PURSUE IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. I REBUKE THE SPIRIT OF TIME WASTERS AND FRUITLESS EFFORT. I RECIEVE LIGHT IN MY SPIRIT. I REFUSE TO BE CARRIED AWAY BY EARTHLY WISDOM. I FOLLOW GODLY PURSUIT. I REJECT THE SPIRIT OF SET BACKS. FATHER OPEN MY EYES TO WHERE I AM SPIRITUALLY COLD AND SET ME ON FIRE FOR YOU. I HAVE THE LIGHT OF GOD IN MY HEART AND ON MY PATH IN JESUS NANE, AMEN!
WORD- It is possible for a person to be on a treacherous path going deeper in a death trap and still feel right. Little do you wonder why people will continue to do things that doesn't only hurt God but hurt their fellow brothers/sisters and even themselves, that's because the devil has succeeded to blind the eyes of their heart and covered it with darkness. That's why God is speaking to someone today, quit depending on your understanding and ability, it is capable of leading you astray. The people of Ephraim became so confident in their lust that they didn't know that they are already swimming in the devils trap. Refuse to feel comfortable with sin. Run back to God for help. Dont be ashamed to tell God your weakness ,his grace is there to help you and keep you from falling. No matter how much you run, you can't hide it from God. Go to God today and let him glorify himself in your weakness.
