NUGGET: DO YOU DESIRE TO PERISH ?
BIBLE FOCUS- Proverbs 31:4-6 KJVIt is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink: [5] Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted. [6] Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.
PRAYER- FATHER DELIVER ME FROM ANY BAD HABIT OF WASTE. DELIVER ME FROM LIFESTYLE OF WASTE. I WILL NOT BE WASTED. FATHER HELP ME NOT TO BE WASTED IN LIFE AND DESTINY . I WILL NOT PERISH AND THE ENEMY WILL NOT SABOTAGE MY DESTINY. I WILL ALIGN WITH DESTINY DAILY IN JESUS NAME, AMEN !
WORD- Drunkenness are not for wise men. It kills your mind.Drunkenness are for people who are trying to waste themselves away. If we are royalty as we say we are in Christ, then according to the context of this scripture we are not to take strong drinks. He says give strong drink to Him that is ready to perish, the question is are you ready to perish??? Because clearly strong drink alters your mind , just like we see everyday with alcoholics. A wise person knows better not to get themselves in such mess. Drinking and being drunken is not fun, it is for sorrowful event , for people who no longer see purpose in life and are ready to waste away.
