WORD : Realms are unlocked when you pray in the Holy Ghost. It is a way of keeping your spirit man alive and building your spirit in faith and consecration . You keep yourself in the will of God when you pray in tongues, because It is not you praying but the spirit giving you utterances. There is nothing like praying amiss when you pray in the spirit. There is no way you will shake at mere distractions if your spirit man is alive unto God. You must keep yourself in tune with God, by connecting your heart by the spirit to God. New realms unfold as you build up your spirit man in faith. God doesn't desire us for less but for more, and the access for more is to stay connected to God by the Holy Ghost. Whenever you feel like your strength is failing this the best way to draw strength from the source. Praying in the Holy Ghost helps build, strengthen, and equip you. This is is vital code the devil can't decode. It is an evidence of the baptism of the spirit. Always release yourself to the Holy Spirit so you can be filled utterances and groaning of the spirit. You must hunger for this level and realm in the spirit.
