BIBLE FOCUS -Judges 6:12-16:And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour. And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the Lord be with us, why then is all this befallen us? And the Lord looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee? And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house. And the Lord said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.
PRAYER : FATHER REVEAL TO ME THE PURPOSE OF MY IDENTITY . FATHER STRENGTHEN ME FOR THE WORK YOU HAVE PLACED IN MY HANDS. FATHER PUT IN ME THE MIND THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS. FATHER BE MY SUFFICIENCY WHERE I FEEL INSUFFICIENT. FATHER WHERE MY STRENGTH IS FAILING HELP ME SEE ME FROM YOUR EYES. FATHER HELP ME TO OPERATE IN STRENGTH,POWER AND WISDOM. FATHER GIVE ME GRACE NOT TO LOOSE FOCUS OF MY DESTINATION IN JESUS NAME, AMEN
WORD- You are a solution not because of what you have but who you are in Christ(spirit life). Gideon lack the physical attributes to bring solution to the nation Israel, but he was more than able through God. Don't see yourself through your own spec, focus on God's desire and plan. You can't see beyond where you are or what you have, if you can't see through Christ . We are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God. God knows that we are unable that's why we cast our cares on him, so that through the rivers and fire you can come out better and a conqueror. In verse 10 God assured Gideon that he is with him. There is an assurance to someone today God is with you.
TODAY'S TIP- WHEN YOUR FAITH IS ESTABLISHED IN CHRIST, YOU OPERATE IN UNCOMMON STRENGTH.
