NUGGET-PARTIAL OBEDIENCE
BIBLE FOCUS- Numbers 20:11-12 KJVAnd Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also. [12] And the Lord spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.
PRAYER- FATHER IT’S YOUR WAY OR NO WAY. FATHER TEACH ME DUE DILIGENCE AND OBEDIENCE TO YOU. FATHER I WILL NOT MISS WHAT YOU HAVE FOR ME OUT OF DISOBEDIENCE. FATHER GIVE ME A HEART OF TOTAL OBEDIENCE. I WILL NOT FAIL GOD. MY HEART PANTS DAILY AFTER HIM. JESUS IT’S YOUR WILL OR NOTHING. I CROSS OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE OF MY BLESSINGS. FATHER HAVE YOUR WAY IN JESUS NAME
WORD-He smote instead ofspeak. Doing it your way might give same result but there will be consequences . Any way is not a way , there are ways that could get you what you want but the end thereof is destruction. Pressing needs, emotions and flimsy excuses are not opportunity for disobedience. God said speak and moses smite the rock , it brought out water but God was angry. One thing that being over familiar with God can cause us is disobedience. Whatever God tells you to do , do it with fear and trembling. Don’t say oh I’m getting same result regardless, moses is a perfect example he got the same result but when it was time to fully enjoy the promise he was cut short.
TODAY’S WORD-GET SAME RESULT IN DISOBEDIENCE COMES WITH DIVINE CONSEQUENCES!
