NUGGET: GIFTS

BIBLE FOCUS- 1 Corinthians 12:3-7,13-Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. [6] And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.  But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

PRAYER : FATHER HELP ME TO BE PART OF THOSE WHO WILL BUILD THE BODY OF CHRIST. I BRING PEACE AND NOT DISUNITY. I POTRAY CHRIST IN EVERY PLACE AND TO EVERY PEOPLE. MY LIFE BRINGS GLORY AND HONOR TO GOD. MY GIFT AND CALLING GLORIFIES GOD. I AM JOINT HEIR WITH CHRIST ,NOTHING WILL FRUSTRATE THE GRACE OF GOD UPON MY LIFE. I WILL NOT USE MY GIFT TO FRUSTRATE OTHERS. MY GIFT WILL BE A BLESSING AND IMPACT IN JESUS NAME,AMEN!

WORD- The body of Christ is one so is the gift.Gifts are not for superiority contests. Know that your gift in Christ is of one spirit and in submission to God.You must not take boast over another’s gift.In verse 11 it makes us to understand that God gives as He will. The gift is not boastful but to be manifested in humility. Every office under the body of Christ is important. Treat each other with love and respect.Know that the different gift are so that the will of God will be fulfilled. But we all remain under one body. Strengthen each other with your gift . It is important you dwell in unity to function in a greater capacity.Every part of the body is important
