BIBLE FOCUS- 1 Kings 9:1-3 KJV
[1] And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished the building of the house of the Lord, and the king's house, and all Solomon's desire which he was pleased to do, [2] That the Lord appeared to Solomon the second time, as he had appeared unto him at Gibeon. [3] And the Lord said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
PRAYER- FATHER I CHOOSE TO PLEASE YOU. FATHER I RECEIVE GRACE TO DO WHAT PLEASES YOUR HEART. FATHER I PUT GOD FIRST IN ALL THINGS . FATHER LET YOUR ZEAL CONSUME ME AND INCREASE MY CAPACITY TO CARRY ON IN WHAT YOU HAVE GIVEN ME TO DO. FATHER LET ME ENCOUNTER YOU IN MY WALK WITH YOU.FATHER DO NOT BE FAR FROM ME AND REVEAL YOURSELF TO ME.FATHER LET ME NEVER BE LOST. I RECEIVE GRACE TO WALK STEADFASTLY IN ALL IN JESUS NANE,AMEN!
WORD: When you please God, God will be pleased with you. After Solomon had built a house for God. God appeared to him and listened to him. You have to get to that point where you put God needs before yours that’s how you pave a path for answers . Sometimes the reason why God hasn’t listened to you is because you haven’t done what he would have you do. After Solomon had done what please God, he came and attended to him. There are cases that needs God’s attention but until you pay attention to God, you won’t be able to go in the right direction
