BIBLE FOCUS- Titus 2:1-8 KJV
[1] But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: [2] That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience. [3] The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; [4] That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, [5] To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. [6] Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded. [7] In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, [8] Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.
PRAYER- FATHER HELP ME TO BE A LIGHT. GUIDE ME LORD IN ALL MY WAYS. FATHER LET MY WORDS AND ACTION SET A GOOD PACE FOR OTHERS. FATHER TEACH ME YOUR WILL AND YOUR WORD. I RECEIVE GRACE TO WALK IN GODLY PATTERN. FATHER MAKE ME A GENERATION OF POSITIVE CHANGE .I AM GOD’S VESSEL ,AN INSTRUMENT IN THE DEVILS HAND.I DAILY MIRROR CHRIST TO THE WORLD IN JESUS NAME,AMEN!
WORD- Your actions or attitude can indirectly correct others . Let people be able to see and trace your action and attitude toward the things of God , it can attract others to Christ. You must portray good example patterns and traits that flows through generations. Looking at verse 1-4 of the chapter you see that the message shouldn’t just be focused on the younger generations but also the aged so they can pass on a good legacy to the old . In essence positive patterns breeds a better generation.
TODAY’S TIP: LAY GOOD FOUNDATION AND GREAT LEGACIES THAT REFLECT CHRIST IN ALL YOU DO!
